Washington State has a program for Healthcare for Workers with Disabilities. It is a program for workers with disabilities who are not eligible for Medicaid. Check out 2 updated resources.

4) No Child Left Behind Act - Final regulations
For those who have not seen it, the Dept of Education has come out with final regulations about the application of the No Child Left Behind Act to children with significant cognitive disabilities. Specifically, the rules address how children with disabilities will be counted in determining Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for schools. The Dept. of Ed. press release about the regulations is here:
