The Connecting Point provides updates from the CORE Project, which is administered by Washington PAVE. The Connecting Point features resources and updates to help individuals with disabilities, their parents, guardians, service providers, schools, agencies and other interested individuals learn about transition and adult services for individuals with disabilities.
