Project CORE - Materials

Here are some helpful Materials to get you started.

*In this materials section we are making an effort to provide all of our materials in a format so that individuals may read information and text with ease. We apologize if any information may become jumbled or out of place in particular documents since different computers may not have all of the fonts that are included within our documents. If you notice any errors within our documents, please let us know so that we may be able to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Also, if you may know of a better solution to your needs or a format that you prefer, please email us at webstaff@projectcore.org.

For those of you who use a pdf reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple Preview, here are some tips when trying to reprint them from your computer.

If you notice that there is a section at the bottom of the page that is missing from the print out, please follow these simple directions to resolve and problems from printing a pdf.
- From your computer with the file opened, click "File" then "Print".
- On the screen that pops up, you should see an option that either says, "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to fit".
- Once this is selected click OK and you should then be able to print out the entire document.

The Materials Page is divided into two sections:

1) Materials that are produced by the CORE Project. Each link below will take you to materials within this site. These materials can be requested in alternate formats and languages. If you have any difficulty navigating within the site please let us know.

2) Materials are located outside the CORE Project web site. These links will take you to valuable materials developed by other organizations. (You will find the name of the organizations on the linked page and in the address bar.) If you are unable to reach a site contact us for assistance. To return to the CORE Project web site, push the Back button on the navigation bar.

For additional information go the CORE Project Link button. There you will find links to many great organizations’ web sites where you can research their complete sites. If you have any difficulty do not hesitate to let us know. webstaff@projectcore.org

Ticket to Work is a new part of the Social Security Program and began in Washington State in November 2003. The Program is based on the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999. This law allows people to choose who helps find them jobs and also removes some of the barriers that caused people to choose between healthcare coverage and work.
